By using the Shine Bright Solutions website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Shine Bright Solutions provides residential, commercial, deep cleaning, post-construction, before-and-after party, move-in/move-out, short-term rental turnover, and extreme case cleaning services in the Gatineau–Ottawa region. All services are subject to availability.
Booking and Confirmation
When you book a service through our website or by contacting us directly, you will receive a confirmation with your appointment details. Your booking is confirmed once you receive this confirmation. Please review the details and contact us immediately if anything needs to be corrected.
Pricing and Payment
Prices vary depending on the type of service, size of the space, and condition of the property. You will receive a quote or estimate before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through Stripe, Square, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking. All prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes (GST/QST) are added.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. We understand circumstances change — contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and cannot access the property, this will be treated as a no-show. We ask that pets be secured and any valuables or fragile items be communicated before the cleaning begins.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the concern at no additional charge. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean.
Liability
Shine Bright Solutions is fully insured through CNESST (Québec) and WSIB (Ontario). In the rare event of accidental damage during a cleaning, report it to us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installations, or items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
Your Property
We treat every space with care and respect. However, we are not responsible for items left in areas being cleaned unless you have specifically flagged them. Please remove or secure any items of significant personal or monetary value before our arrival.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Shine Bright Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts in the judicial district of Gatineau.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
